After seeing the toll that overbooked spas and cookie-cutter treatments took on clients, I decided to create a space where skincare is personalized, results-driven, and barrier-friendly. I specialize in custom facials, corrective treatments, and advanced modalities tailored to your skin’s unique needs — whether you’re managing rosacea, dehydration, or simply want a radiant glow. CANCELLATION POLICY
💳 I do not require a deposit upon booking, however a card on file is required to book any and all appointments & will only be charged if the cancellation policies are not followed. ❌ Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations or reschedules made within this window are subject to a 50% charge of your scheduled service(s). • Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows: Appointments canceled on the same day or missed without notice are subject to a 100% charge of your scheduled service(s). • Card Authorization: By booking, you give myself the authorization to charge the card on file for any applicable fees due to same-day cancellations or no-shows. The card may be processed 72 hrs later If there’s insufficient funds. • Rebooking: Clients who incur a same-day cancellation or no-show fee must pay a non-refundable $15 deposit to rebook future appointments and any unpaid balances. 🌨️Weather: In cases of severe weather that creates unsafe travel conditions, the fee may be waived at my discretion if you contact me promptly. 💵Payments: Due after your service. I accept Card(Tap to Pay), Cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay. 🤒Illness: If you’re feeling sick, let me know — I’ll try my best to reschedule and the fee may be waived at my discretion if you contact me promptly for the first offense. ⏰Late Arrivals: You have a 10-min grace period. After that, your appointment will be cancelled and subject to the 50% cancellation fee. 💌Communication is key! If you’re running late or need to reschedule, just reach out — I always do my best to accommodate.
